Information we collect

When you request a consultation, our form, provided by HubSpot, collects the information you enter, such as your name, work email, organization and a short description of your project. Please do not include confidential project information in an initial inquiry.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use, including pages viewed, referral sources, device category, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address. Google may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with Analytics.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, assess whether a conversation is appropriate, and administer our business relationship. We use website analytics to improve content, usability, and site performance.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support email, website hosting, forms (HubSpot), analytics (Google) or business operations, only as needed for those services. We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Project documents shared during an engagement are handled under that engagement’s written agreement. See Security & Data.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable obligations. You can also use browser controls to limit certain cookies, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
